The seed of RKP was planted when our founder participated in the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI), sparking a vision for women's empowerment in Indonesia.
Ruang Kolaborasi Perempuan was officially founded — a safe, collaborative space dedicated to helping women grow, lead, and build businesses with confidence.
Launched expanded programs covering entrepreneurship, digital literacy, and leadership training. Partnerships with local government and NGOs began to take shape.
Forged national-level collaborations including the AWE Program (US Embassy), OJK financial literacy initiative, and the Women's World Banking network.
Reached the milestone of 500+ women directly empowered through programs, mentorship, and entrepreneurship support — a testament to the power of community.
