As we step into 2026, we want to take a moment to look back at what we built together in 2025. The numbers are meaningful, but the stories behind them are what truly matter.
By the Numbers
- 1,247 women supported through our programs
- 6 major events hosted across 4 cities
- 89% of program graduates reported increased confidence
- 73% reported career advancement within 6 months
- 42 new mentorship pairs formed
- 15 countries reached through our online community
Program Highlights
Our Women Leadership Academy celebrated its largest cohort yet — 85 women completing the 12-week program. The graduation ceremony in December was one of the most moving events we've ever hosted.
The Digital Skills Bootcamp expanded to Surabaya and Medan, bringing tech education to women who previously had no access to quality training.
Our Holistic Wellness Program launched its first residential retreat in Bali — a sold-out experience that we're already planning to expand in 2026.
Community Milestones
Our online community crossed 10,000 members in August — a milestone we celebrated with a virtual gathering that brought together women from across the archipelago.
We also launched our first mentorship directory, making it easier for women to find and connect with mentors in their field.
Looking Ahead
2026 will be our most ambitious year yet. We're expanding to three new cities, launching two new programs, and deepening our partnerships with corporate and government partners.
