Behind every program, event, and community moment is a team of dedicated volunteers. Meet the women who give their time to lift others up.

Every program we run, every event we host, every woman we support — none of it would be possible without our incredible volunteers.

This month, we're shining a spotlight on three women whose dedication has made a profound difference in our community.

Rina, 34 — Program Facilitator

Rina has been facilitating our Women Leadership Academy workshops for two years. A corporate trainer by profession, she gives up her weekends to lead sessions for women who can't afford professional development programs.

"I was once in their shoes," she says. "Someone gave me a chance. Now it's my turn."

Putri, 27 — Social Media Volunteer

Putri manages our Instagram community, responding to messages, creating content, and making sure every woman who reaches out feels seen and heard. She does this on top of a full-time job in marketing.

"The community we've built online is real. These are real women having real conversations. That matters."

Ibu Hartini, 58 — Mentorship Program Coordinator

The eldest of our spotlight volunteers, Ibu Hartini coordinates our mentorship matching program, pairing experienced professionals with women just starting their careers.

"I spent 30 years in banking. Now I want to use everything I learned to open doors for the next generation."

How to Get Involved

Inspired? We're always looking for volunteers. Whether you have an hour a month or a weekend a quarter, there's a role for you. Reach out through our Contact page to learn more.
