Most of our community events — including networking nights and open forums — are completely free. Workshops and masterclasses may have a small participation fee to cover materials and venue costs. The fee (if any) is clearly stated on each event page before you register.

After submitting the registration form, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided within 24 hours. Please also check your spam/junk folder. If you don't receive it within 24 hours, reach out to us via WhatsApp or the Contact page.

Yes. If you can no longer attend, please notify us at least 48 hours before the event via WhatsApp or email. For paid events, cancellations made 5+ days in advance receive a full refund. We also allow registration transfers to a friend or colleague — just let us know their details.

Absolutely! Our online events (Zoom masterclasses, webinars) are open to anyone globally. For in-person events in Indonesian cities, international attendees are warmly welcome — just ensure you check the location and plan accordingly.

Venue-specific access details, including parking availability and nearest public transport options, are included in the confirmation email sent after registration. We also post logistics updates on our Instagram stories closer to the event date.

Light refreshments are provided at most full-day events and networking evenings. Specific catering details are noted in the event description. For half-day workshops, we recommend eating beforehand. Dietary requirements can be noted in the registration form.

Yes — our events are often documented for social media, our website, and community archives. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed in group settings. If you have specific concerns, please reach out to us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
