The Women Leadership Academy is our flagship 3-month intensive program designed to cultivate leadership skills, strategic thinking, and unshakeable confidence in women professionals across Indonesia. Through a powerful combination of workshops, one-on-one coaching, peer mentoring circles, and real-world leadership projects, participants emerge as empowered, decisive leaders ready to drive meaningful change in their organizations and communities. This program has graduated over 200 women leaders across 6 batches, with alumni now holding senior roles in government, NGOs, and the private sector.
