The Holistic Wellness Program is a safe, inclusive space where women can prioritize their mental, emotional, and physical well-being without judgment. Offered as an ongoing hybrid program, it includes bi-monthly wellness workshops, guided meditation sessions, peer support groups, and one-on-one coaching with certified mental health professionals. We believe that sustainable empowerment starts from within — and this program is the foundation of everything we do at RKP.
